Carolyn Weaver has been in the real estate game since 1996 – working at three independent real estate agencies, for an award-winning homebuilder, and two franchise real estate agencies. Her experience as an independent agent, a team member, and a builder’s representative provides her with a comprehensive perspective on the real estate industry.  She is actively working as a producing real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty.

Carolyn’s approach to coaching is unique as she has day-to-day experience with the same struggles and challenges as her coaching clients. She believes that if you are motivated, coachable, determined, and resilient then you can build a successful real estate career while also creating the lifestyle you’ve dreamed of. She has privately coached and consulted with real estate agents to organize their days, months, and year to live their best real estate life.
