Who doesn’t love baseball movies and spring training? As fans of Jimmy Dugan (Tom Hanks) in A League of Their Own, we agree with Coach Dugan:
"It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great.”
New England baseball fans know that spring training for the Red Sox starts the day after the Super Bowl when the Red Sox equipment trucks depart from Fenway Park to points south. As the weather warms the real estate selling season heats up.
Do you need a trainer or a coach to get you through the hard, long real estate days ahead? A trainer instructs or trains a person for a job or a position. The term “coach” typically associates with a sports team. Today it’s common and somewhat trendy to have a life coach.
At Best Real Estate Life we use both terms somewhat interchangeably. Training, coaching, instructing, we do it all. On the training side we focus on systems, processes, checklists, and social network platforms. The coaching part emphasizes accountability and measuring achievements.
Do you want to be great? Who doesn’t? Check out our coaching programs to help you hit it out of the park this season!
